Ireland Seeks €1.015 Million Provider for Back for Business Programme

On 30 October 2026, a procurement notice was published for the development and delivery of Ireland’s Back for Business programme. The Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade is seeking a single service provider, with an estimated contract value of approximately €1.015 million and a submission deadline of 4 November 2026. The programme focuses on supporting returning emigrants and entrepreneurship. HPC can support public bodies with programme analytics, economic research and digital service platforms.
